We went to the second largest Italian "street festival" in the USA. The 2011 Festival is a tribute to the Unification of Italy celebrating its 150th year 1861-2011. While Italian culture dates back thousands of years; a unified Italy as we know it is actually younger than the United States! There was DELICIOUS food, games, rides and the main reason for attending.....the cannolis:D It is important that Luca celebrates her Italian heritage.
