On Saturday we celebrated my dad's 70th birthday at our home. We all got together and prepared one of the best meals for him. My brother and brother-in-law brought the main courses, baby back ribs (AMAZING!), tri tip and BBQ chicken (so good!). Also, even though my wife is not from my country, she prepared the best authentic Guatemalan dishes: rellenitos, tostadas and enchiladas (not mexican style, see the picture below for reference). For dessert, my sister-in-law made a delicious Tres Leches cake...yum! This weekend, we celebrated the importance of family and how much we mean to one another. We truly look forward to more days like this in the future. Happy Birthday Papa!
